Update - Peru Humanitarian Aid Expedition

I ran across this paragraph on the Generations Humanitarian website the other day:

NEWS & UPDATES:

Water Project Completed!
After 5 years of trucking in water, The Sunflower Orphanage in Peru has water! Karl Maeser Academy Spanish Teacher Kristina Anderson honored us with turning on the spigot on January 13, 2011. A sweet water supply was found some 1.2 kilometers south along the mountain above the town of Huayllabamba. In conjunction with the Mayor's office, we built the reservoir tank and dug trenches and laid PVC pipe the whole distance. Thank you to all who contributed to this massive undertaking. This will now enable us to complete our third dorm and take in another 40 children. (1/28/2011)
